Palais Immobilier, a real estate dynasty for 35 years

Founded in 1989 by Patrick Macanda, the Palais Immobilier group has, over the years, become both an entrepreneurial and a family adventure in many aspects. First, in the mindset and values instilled in the real estate advisors who have joined the group. But also in the sense of transmission, as Patrick Macanda has surrounded himself with his two daughters, Nina Macanda and Lola Macanda-Dauwe, along with his sister, Laurence Manini, to push the group further and establish its leadership in the Côte d’Azur real estate market.
Originally from Nice, where he spent his childhood, Patrick Macanda began his professional career in Paris, working as financial controller for the Pernod Ricard group. In the late 1980s, he decided to return to the city where he was born, to rediscover the blue skies of the Côte d’Azur and pursue his passion for beautiful properties. He founded the first historic Palais Immobilier agency in the Old Town of Nice, on rue Colonna d’Istria. Since then, thanks to his vision and energy, he has developed the group into the leader of independent real estate agencies in the Côte d’Azur region.

Raised in the world of real estate, his two daughters, Nina and Lola, witnessed the company’s various developments from a young age and were immersed in this entrepreneurial environment. Naturally, they turned to this activity after finishing their studies.
Starting as a real estate advisor for the group, Nina Macanda is now the director of the Palais Immobilier Prestige brand and oversees the three agencies located in Nice Port / Mont Boron, Villefranche-sur-Mer, and Beaulieu-sur-Mer. She is in charge of the brand’s development, partnerships, and managing the teams of real estate advisors.
Lola Macanda-Dauwe currently co-manages the Palais Immobilier Vieux Nice agencies with Laurence Manini and Palais Immobilier Libération, while maintaining her primary role as a real estate advisor. She is responsible for team management and marketing within these agencies.
