Palais Immobilier Prestige, a brand of our group
Palais Immobilier Prestige’s adventure began in 2019, four years after the opening of the first agency on the famous Boulevard Franck Pilatte at the foot of Mont Boron. Known for its magnificent waterfront apartments and its iconic villas in French Riviera, this location was the ideal setting to develop an agency dedicated to luxury real estate. Faced with the resounding success of this new agency, the group decided four years later to create the Palais Immobilier Prestige brand.
Two new high-end real estate agencies were then established in the highly sought-after areas of Villefranche-sur-Mer and Beaulieu-sur-Mer. True to the strategy that has been its strength, the group located its real estate agencies in two prime addresses, one at the entrance of Villefranche-sur-Mer on the Basse Corniche, and the other on the renowned Boulevard Marinoni in the center of Beaulieu-sur-Mer.

The group expands with the opening of its second real estate agency in downtown Nice.

Partnership with the Fabron Agency to create a hub in the western part of Nice.

Acquisition of the Ginestimmo agency to expand further into the western hills of Nice.
2015
Opening of a new real estate agency in the Araucaria area.

Opening of the real estate agency at Nice Port.

Launch of the Palais Immobilier Prestige brand.
